Fitness & Training

I’ve been active since being a gymnast and diver from childhood through college.  Since then, I’ve been teaching aerobics (boot camp, kickboxing, step, strength) and spinning classes as an AFAA-certified group fitness instructor.  I’m also a NSPA certified personal trainer.

I like helping people reach their goals.
